Press the CHICKEN/MEAT button. When the butter is melted, add the onion and the butternut squash and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the rice and wine. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the wine is absorbed.
Stir in the salt, broth, chopped basil, and cinnamon stick.
Place the lid on the Power Cooker, lock the lid and switch the pressure release valve to closed.
Press the WARM/CANCEL button.
Press the RICE/RISOTTO button and then press the TIME ADJUSTMENT button until you reach 10 min.
Once the timer reaches 0, the cooker will automatically switch to KEEP WARM.
Switch the pressure release valve to open. When the steam is completely released, remove the lid.
Stir in the cheese. To help make it creamier, stir the risotto vigorously for
about 30 seconds as the cheese melts. If the risotto looks a bit dry or tight, stir in a bit of additional broth.
Press the RICE/RISOTTO button. Add the butter and the onion and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the brown rice and coat it with the butter. Add the rest of the ingredients.
Place the lid on the Power Cooker, lock the lid and switch the pressure release valve to closed.
Press the WARM/CANCEL button.
Press the RICE/RISOTTO button 2 times for brown rice.
Once the timer reaches 0, the cooker will automatically switch to KEEP WARM. Switch the pressure release valve to open. When the steam is completely released, remove the lid.
Place the inner pot inside the Power Cooker. Press the RICE/RISOTTO button. Melt the butter and add the
water and the pasta. Cook until water is absorbed into the pasta.
Place the rest of the ingredients into the pot.
Place the lid on the Power Cooker, lock lid and switch the pressure release valve to closed.
Press the WARM/CANCEL button.
Press the RICE/RISOTTO button and then press the TIME ADJUSTMENT button until you reach 10 min.
Once the timer reaches 0, the cooker will automatically switch to KEEP WARM. Switch the pressure release valve
to open. When the steam is completely released, remove the lid.
Press the RICE/RISOTTO button. Add the butter and the onion and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the Quinoa and coat it with the butter. Add the rest of the ingredients.

Press the FISH/VEGETABLE button.
Once the timer reaches 0, the cooker will automatically switch to KEEP WARM. Switch the pressure release
valve to open. When the steam is completely released, remove the lid.
Press the RICE/RISOTTO button. Add the butter, shallot and the onion and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the brown rice and coat it with the butter. Add the rest of the ingredients.
Place the lid on the Power Cooker, lock the lid and switch the pressure release valve to closed.
Press the WARM/CANCEL button.
Press the RICE/RISOTTO button 3 times for wild rice.
Once the timer reaches 0, the cooker will automatically switch to KEEP WARM. Switch the pressure release valve to open. When the steam is completely released, remove the lid.
