1. Place the Inner Pot in the cooker. Pour in the water. Place the Canning rack into the inner pot. 2. Add in the corn 3. Press Fish/Vegetable button. 2 minutes 4. Place the Lid on the cooker, lock Lid and switch the Pressure Valve to Closed. 5. Once the timer reaches 0, the cooker will automatically switch to KEEP WARM. Press the CANCEL button. When the steam is completely released, remove the lid. 6. Remove from the inner pot. Wrap one end in parchment paper for easy handling 7. Over a plate, garnish with chili powder, cheese, cilantro, and squeeze of lime.
