Ingredients
5 sweet potatoes, peeled, diced large
1 cup water
1 pinch salt and freshly ground pepper to taste1/2

Directions
1. Place the Inner Pot in the cooker. Press Beans lentil button, 5 min 2. Add in the sweet potatoes, water, salt and pepper 3. Place the Lid on the cooker, lock Lid and switch the Pressure Valve to Closed. 4. Once the timer reaches 0, the cooker will automatically switch to KEEP WARM. Press the CANCEL button. When the steam is completely released, remove the lid. 5. With a wooden spoon, mash the potatoes until smooth; add in the cream, butter, and sugar. 6. Ladle a portion out. Serve as side dish with your favorite Entrée.
