Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
2 tablespoon butter, unsalted
16 ounce baby carrots
4 ounce molasses
2 ounce water
1 teaspoon salt
0.5 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon dill, chopped
2 ounce butter
Directions
- Place the Inner Pot into the Pressure Cooker.
- In the Inner Pot, combine carrots, molasses, salt, pepper, and water.
- Secure the Lid on the Pressure Cooker. Lock the Lid and switch the Pressure Release Valve to Closed.
- Press the FISH/VEGETABLE button to set for 2 minutes.
- Once the timer reaches 0, the Pressure Cooker will automatically switch to KEEP WARM. Press CANCEL. Switch the Pressure Release Valve to Open. When the steam is completely released, remove the Lid.
- Strain carrots. Add butter to Inner Pot to melt (it will still be warm). Add carrots and dill. Toss delicately.
- Serve with freshly cracked pepper.
