Italian Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
1 pound pasta shells, small
2 cup water
1 cup Marinara sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
8 ounce Mozzarella cheese, shredded
6 ounce provolone cheese, shredded
4 ounce ricotta cheese
2 ounce parmesan cheese, shredded
Directions
- Place the inner pot into the Power Pressure Cooker. Press the Rice button. 6 min
- Add in the pasta, water, sauce, salt and pepper. Mix
- Place the lid on the Pressure Cooker and Lock. Switch the Pressure Release Valve to Closed.
- Once the timer reaches 0, the Cooker will automatically switch to KEEP WARM. Press the CANCEL button. Switch the Pressure Release Valve to Open. When the steam is released completely, remove the lid.
- Fold in the cheese in this order; Ricotta, Mozzarella, Provolone, Parmesan
- Serve
