Peach and Cherry Compote

Ingredients
10 peaches peeled and quartered
1 cup Cherries pitted
0.5 cup sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
0.25 cup water
1 pinch salt
Directions
1. Place the Inner Pot in the cooker. Pour in the peaches, cherries and the remaining ingredients. Mix gently.
2. Press Rice button. 6 minutes. Place the Lid on the cooker, lock Lid and switch the Pressure Valve to Closed.
3. Once the timer reaches 0, the cooker will automatically switch to KEEP WARM. Press the CANCEL button. Natural release. When the steam is completely released, remove the lid.
4. Ladle into a bowl.
5. Pour over pound cake top with ice cream
