Thai Peanut Noodle

Ingredients
1 pound egg noodle, fettuccini nest
12 ounce thai peanut sauce
2.5 cup water
8 ounce chicken, cooked strips
3 clove Garlic, sliced
1 Onion, sliced
1 tablespoon Grape seed oil
1 tablespoon scallions, green parts only sliced
2 ounce cilantro, chopped
0.5 lime, juiced
1 Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Place the Inner Pot in the pressure cooker. Press the Rice button. 6 min
2. Add the oil, sauté the onion and garlic for 1 min
3. Now add in the chicken, water, peanut sauce, and stir. Then add in the noodles.
4. Place the Lid on the cooker, lock Lid and switch the Pressure Valve to Closed.
5. Once the timer reaches 0, the cooker will automatically switch to KEEP WARM. Press the CANCEL button. When the steam is completely released, remove the lid.
6. Add in ½ the scallions and cilantro, stir.
7. Portion out each serving garnish with scallions, cilantro, lime juice and crushed peanuts.
