Smothered Pork Chops

Ingredients
4 Pork chops, bone in1
1 Garlic clove, minced
3 tablespoon parsley, chopped
2 tablespoon Lime juice
1 pound onions, julienned
0.5 cup milk
1 tablespoon salt
0.5 tablespoon pepper
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoon Cornstarch plus 3 tbsp. of water to make a slurry
0.5 cup White wine
Directions
- Place the inner pot into the Pressure Cooker.
- Place the oil in the inner pot. Press the CHICKEN/MEAT button. 15 minutes.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, Sauté each pork chop until golden brown on each side, Remove pork chops and reserve.
- Sauté the onions and garlic until translucent. Add the white wine, and lime juice, Stir the slurry to the onions. Add the milk. Mix gently until thickened. Put the pork chops in the onions.
- Place the lid on the Pressure Cooker, lock the lid and switch the pressure release valve to closed.
- Once the timer reaches 0, the cooker will automatically switch to KEEP WARM. Press the CANCEL button. Switch the pressure release valve to open. When the steam is completely released, remove the lid.
- Remove pork chops and reserve.
- Serve pork chops, and then top each one with a portion of onion sauce.
- Serve.
